In compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) and general data protection regulations, this page outlines how you can delete your account and all associated personal data from our systems.

1. How to Delete Your Account and Data
We provide two convenient ways to permanently delete your account and data:
Method A: In-App Deletion (Recommended & Immediate)
You can initiate deletion directly inside the RingtoneShuffle mobile application:

1. Open theRingtoneShuffleapp..
2. Navigate to theProfiletab from the bottom navigation bar..
3. Scroll to the bottom of your profile options..
4. Tap the redDelete Accountbutton..
5. Confirm the action when prompted by the safety checks..
6. Once finalized, your account is immediately deleted, and you will be signed out and redirected to the login screen..
Method B: Online / Web-Based Request
If you no longer have the app installed or prefer to submit a manual request, you can request account deletion by contacting us:

• By Email:Send a message to.
• (or your dedicated support email) with the subject line “Request for Account Deletion”..
• Required Details:Please specify the phone number (with country code) associated with the RingtoneShuffle account you wish to delete..
• Processing Time:Manual web-based requests are processed within3 business daysafter verifying ownership of the account..

2. What Data Is Permanently Deleted?
When you delete your account, we permanently and irreversibly remove the following data associated with your profile from our active databases:

• Account Credentials:Registered phone number, name, email address (if provided), and password hashes..
• Preferences & Personalization:Your selected ringtone language preferences, favorite artists list, and category selections..
• Activity & Logs:Transaction history, wallet balances, referral information, and app logs..
• Ringtone Downloads:Records of your downloaded ringtones and downloads history..

3. Data Retention and Backups
Upon confirming account deletion:

• All data is immediately removed or anonymized in our active production databases..
• Residual copies of your data may remain in our secure database backups for up to7 days, after which they are completely overwritten and purged..
• Financial/Legal Records:Any records of financial transactions or withdrawal logs will be retained strictly in accordance with local regulations and tax laws, but will be disconnected from any personal identifier..
